Job description
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Specialist
As an Account-Based Marketing Specialist at Itekako, you will be responsible for designing, building, and executing account-centric efforts that translate into pipeline, drive higher deal sizes and faster conversions across the funnel, and generate new prospects through planning, organizing, and executing marketing programs. An excellent candidate for this role is experienced in building, executing, and measuring account-centric (ABM) programs to multiple personas in an organization.
- Create, define and execute Itekako’s approach to Account Based Marketing including success metrics, technologies and programs
- Execute against plan to achieve commercial goals and contribute to revenue
- Provide ongoing reporting, performance metrics, and attainment to goals
- Partner with marketing and sales to build integrated, relevant activities and programs
- Cross-functional enablement on tools and campaigns and activities
- Actively seek feedback from stakeholders and drive regular communications and updates to the wider business
- Report to Growth Director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- You have minimum 2 years of experience within an ABM role or a similar role in marketing
- You know the tools. You have experience with ABM platforms, marketing automation tools and CRM platforms. You know how to leverage technology to automate and scale personalized marketing efforts.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong writing skills. You can craft compelling content that speaks to the unique pain points and needs of target accounts.
- You are a go-getter. You take initiative to identify opportunities, solve problems, and continuously improve ABM strategies and tactics.
- You excel at creating presentations and reports. Your ability to compile detailed, insightful reports and deliver engaging presentations ensures stakeholders are always well-informed and aligned.
- Full working proficiency in English
- Experience in the software or tech industry
- Proficiency in a second foreign language is considered as a plus
