Name of our company has two stories that reflect our nature. It is combination of two words in Serbian language IT (as information technology) & kako (how) which reflects thru curiosity in everything we do. It also means double confirmation that reflects our delivery culture.

IT Administrator

For our client's team we're on the lookout for an IT security expert who knows their way around Windows devices and endpoint management. If you enjoy keeping systems secure, solving IT challenges, and providing top-notch support, this might be the perfect role for you!

  • Oversee deployment, maintenance, and security of Windows PCs and Macs across different regions, ensuring compliance with security policies and software updates
  • Configure and maintain security solutions (anti-malware, antivirus, SIEM, DNS filtering), monitor for threats in the Microsoft 365 environment, and respond to security incidents
  • Safeguard the network from phishing attempts, malware, and cyberattacks while ensuring reliable backup and recovery through CloudAlly
  • Manage Exclaimer email signatures for all Microsoft 365 mailboxes, enforce login security policies, and monitor for excessive data access
  • Oversee enterprise software licenses, ensure compliance with agreements, and track renewals to optimize procurement processes
  • Identify security vulnerabilities, apply patches to Windows and Mac environments, and ensure all systems remain up to date
  • Provide end-user support via email, phone, and ticketing systems, resolving issues related to devices, applications, and security
  • Continuously enhance IT policies, automate routine tasks, and implement best practices to improve efficiency and security
To excel in this role, you will need:
  • Experience with Windows system administration and endpoint management
  • Strong understanding of IT security (SIEM, DNS filtering, malware protection)
  • Hands-on experience in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Experience with network security and phishing protection
  • Knowledge of enterprise backup and recovery solutions is a plus
  • Experience with software license management and procurement is nice to have
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools and Exclaimer email signatures
  • Comfortable working with Mac device administration
  • Full working proficiency in English
