Name of our company has two stories that reflect our nature. It is combination of two words in Serbian language IT (as information technology) & kako (how) which reflects thru curiosity in everything we do. It also means double confirmation that reflects our delivery culture.
Job description
Sales Development Representative
As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Itekako, your role would be essential in leading initial stages of the sales cycle and laying the groundwork for successful client acquisition. Your primary responsibility will be to initiate communication and build professional relationships with prospects, ultimately generating new business for the company.
- Identify and research potential leads through various channels (e.g., social media, email campaigns, cold calling)
- Initiate contact with prospects to understand their needs and qualify their interest
- Build long-term, trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
- Set up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
- Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate and timely information about leads, prospects, and interactions
- Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
- Report to the Growth director with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
- Bachelor's degree in business or in a technical field
- You have minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in IT industry
- You understand the sales process and tools. We use tools like HubSpot, Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Apollo etc.
- You are a true networker. You have a strong ability to build relationships and engage with potential clients driving business growth and client satisfaction.
- You are a great communicator. You have the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner and actively listen to your team members and detect clients needs .
- You have a keen eye for detail when it comes to documentation. Whether it’s gathering client info in a CRM, summarizing key points from meetings or creating presentations and reports, you know how to convey information in a way that is concise, informative and engaging.
- Full working proficiency in English
- Proficiency in a second foreign language is considered a plus
